Sage the Gemini hasn’t been broken up with Jordin Sparks for very long but he’s already doing whatever it takes to get his girl back. The Bay Area rapper posted a love letter on Instagram today (Feb. 17) basically begging for her to give him another chance.
In the deleted post, Sage confirms that he’s been keeping an eye on Sparks, even though she’s curving his phone calls and text messages. Per XXL, the letter reads in part:
“I miss you too much to watch you look so amazing at the [Clive] Davis party and not be able to call you and express how much I appreciated the look because you won’t answer nor text back the feeling is horrible.”
He also wants her to know that he’s “being a good boy,” in case she “comes to her senses” and unbreaks his heart:
“Valentine’s Day was supposed to be a special day I wanted that to be our anniversary because it’s your grandparents and maybe we could’ve double dated remember?”
Sage, 23, doesn’t seem to take break ups well, as seen his situation with Kaylin Garcia. He and 26-year-old Sparks dated for 10 months. Rumor has it that they split over trust issues.
If the written word wasn’t enough to win her over, Sage also dropped a new record called “I’ll Keep Loving You.”
